At KO-CHA, we take the safety of children seriously. Our app is designed for entertainment but also requires responsible use. To protect younger users, we follow Google Play’s child safety requirements and industry best practices.

1. Age Appropriateness

• Ko-Cha! is intended for users aged 12 and above.

• The app is not designed for children under 12, and children should only use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Content Standards

• The app does not contain real-world violence, sexual content, or offensive material.

• In-game “combat” is virtual and cartoon-style only, with no depictions of blood, gore, or realistic weapons.

3. Data Protection

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12.

• Any location or device data collected is used solely for gameplay functionality (e.g., finding nearby players).

• No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Parental Controls

• Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their child’s use of KO-CHA.

• Users can disable location services at any time in device settings to restrict gameplay.

• In-game purchases (when available) are clearly marked and require standard app store purchase confirmation.

5. Reporting & Safety

• Players can report inappropriate behaviour or misuse through our support email: office@headshotmofo.com.

• Any accounts found violating child safety rules (e.g., harassment, unsafe behaviour) will be suspended or banned.
  

6. Compliance

• KO-CHA complies with Google Play’s Families Policy Requirements and applicable child online safety regulations.

• We regularly review and update safety measures to ensure compliance with evolving standards.
